1. Termination
Either party may end access to cohort materials when written notice is delivered to the address on file or to [email protected]. If you withdraw before the second live session, access to recordings and shared workspaces is revoked within five business days. After that milestone, you retain read-only access to handouts you already downloaded, but live facilitation and simulation seats are released to waitlisted teams. We may suspend access immediately if shared materials are redistributed outside your licensed organization, if conduct disrupts other participants, or if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed window. Upon termination for cause, no portion of paid tuition is credited toward future cohorts. These termination mechanics operate alongside mandatory consumer protections available in the Republic of Korea, including any cooling-off rights described in the Refund Policy.
2. Acceptance
By registering, submitting a waitlist form, or attending an introductory workshop, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your employer to these General Terms. If you participate as an independent consultant, you personally accept the obligations here. Acceptance is recorded when you tick the acknowledgement box at checkout or when you join the first facilitated session after receiving a written order confirmation. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms to reflect new workshop formats or clarified quality standards; material changes are announced by email at least fourteen days before they apply to new purchases. Continued participation after that notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for any cohort that has not yet started.
3. Service description
Antitrust Forge delivers cohort-based industrial economics training for competition strategy teams, including facilitator-led sessions, structured readings, and team-based strategic simulations. Deliverables include annotated outlines, facilitator feedback on submitted exercises, and moderated discussion boards for the published duration of each program. Unless explicitly stated on the order page, we do not provide bespoke economic testimony, external reviewer submissions, or individualized legal advice. Workshop schedules, assigned case packs, and simulation parameters may be adjusted to reflect updated market examples while preserving the same learning objectives. Technical access is provided through standard web browsers; you are responsible for compatible hardware and stable connectivity during live events.
4. Governing law and disputes
These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Consumers based in Korea retain non-waivable rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations. For enterprise clients headquartered in Korea, exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts of Seoul for disputes exceeding voluntary mediation. Before filing suit, both sides agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least twenty business days and, if requested, a single mediation session with a mutually agreed neutral. Nothing in this section limits your ability to raise issues with competent consumer protection agencies where applicable.
5. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate roster information, keep login credentials confidential, and use shared case materials solely for internal learning tied to the licensed cohort. Recording of live sessions is prohibited unless a written exception is granted for accessibility needs. You will not scrape the learning environment, reverse engineer simulation software, or use outputs to misrepresent endorsement by Antitrust Forge. Participants must treat facilitators and peers respectfully; repeated violations may result in removal without refund after documented warnings. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload into exercises does not infringe third-party confidentiality duties your organization owes to others.
