Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-03
1. Timeframe
For distance contracts concluded with consumers in Korea, you may withdraw within fourteen calendar days of purchase without stating a reason, provided the cohort has not yet delivered downloadable case packs unique to that cohort. Once those materials are released to your team, the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law for digital content. Enterprise purchase orders follow the cancellation windows stated on the signed quote, typically mirroring the same fourteen-day window before the first live session. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when technically possible, otherwise via domestic wire transfer within Korea.
2. Contact for refunds
Send refund requests to [email protected] with your order reference, company name, and a short explanation so we can verify eligibility. Include the names of participants who will no longer attend if partial refunds apply. We acknowledge receipt within three business days and provide a decision timeline. Phone support is not required for refund processing; written records protect both parties. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer before contacting us, we may pause the dispute until basic facts are confirmed.
3. Eligibility
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or facilitator illness and cannot offer a substitute date acceptable to your team. Partial refunds may be considered when documented medical emergencies prevent a named participant from continuing after materials were accessed, evaluated case-by-case. No refund is owed if removal occurs for breach of the General Terms, including redistribution of materials. Promotional vouchers are non-cashable and reduce refundable amounts proportionally.
4. Exceptions
Custom on-site workshops billed separately from public cohorts follow the cancellation table in the statement of work. Third-party venue fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable once the venue’s deadline passes, even if the workshop is later rescheduled. If government travel restrictions make attendance impossible, we first attempt to move your team to an online cohort before calculating any partial refund tied to unused facilitator days.
5. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to tuition listed in Korean won on eneratexe.digital for Antitrust Forge programs. It does not cover incidental expenses you incur (travel, hotels, software licenses you buy elsewhere). B2B clients with master service agreements should rely on those agreements where they explicitly override this policy; where silent, this document fills gaps. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under Korean law.
