Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-01-09
1. Third parties
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to host video sessions, deliver email, and store roster spreadsheets when you opt into cloud backups. Each subprocessor is required to process personal data only on documented instructions and to assist us with data subject requests. Subprocessors may change when we renegotiate infrastructure; an updated list is emailed to active cohort administrators and linked from this Privacy Notice. We do not sell personal data and do not permit subprocessors to use your information for independent marketing. Where a subprocessor is located outside Korea, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures recognized under Korean practice.
2. Scope
This Privacy Notice covers information collected through eneratexe.digital, waitlist forms, registration emails, and live workshop interactions operated by Antitrust Forge. It does not govern third-party sites linked for optional reading; those sites publish their own notices. If your employer purchases seats on your behalf, both you and your employer may appear in our records, and your employer’s instructions may define certain retention periods. The notice applies whether you browse anonymously, submit a question through the contact form, or attend a full program. Children under fourteen are not eligible to register, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
3. Use of data
We use contact details to confirm registrations, share session links, and send operational updates about schedule changes. Attendance logs help facilitators prepare follow-up exercises matched to your team’s progress. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve curriculum pacing; those statistics cannot reasonably identify individuals. If you join a newsletter, we track opens and clicks at an aggregate level to refine topics. We do not use your learning submissions to train public machine-learning models. Marketing messages are only sent when you opt in, and each message includes a clear unsubscribe path.
4. Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you, subject to Korean law and legitimate business exceptions such as invoicing records we must retain. You may object to certain processing where grounds exist. Requests can be emailed to [email protected] with enough detail for us to verify your identity without excessive duplication of sensitive documents. We respond within a reasonable period, typically within thirty days for straightforward requests. If you believe we have mishandled data, you may contact the Korea Internet & Security Agency or other competent authorities.
5. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Notice or about how we handle personal data should be directed to [email protected]. Postal correspondence may be sent to Antitrust Forge Korea at 14 Teheran-ro 84-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06164, Republic of Korea. Please include your cohort name or company name so we can route your inquiry efficiently. If you represent a data protection officer for an enterprise client, indicate that role in the subject line to prioritize your message.
